15 minute free phone consult $0
Let’s talk about what approach is best for you. Every client is a puzzle and the more information you give me, the more pieces I’ll have to work with!

PLEASE NOTE: All services are full time. This means if you book a 60min massage you will receive 60min of hands on time with 5-10min of intake and 5-10min after the massage to discuss a plan of action based on your massage. Please plan your visit accordingly. Pricing includes any add ons available in office: i.e Hot stones, cupping, bio blade scraping, aromatherapy, bamboo massage, gua sha, hot towels, CBD oil, table warmer etc.

30 minute Head and Shoulders only $50
Forget the knees and toes, this 30 minute treatment includes peppermint essential oil for the base of your scalp to calm headaches and postural pain (you do look down at your phone or computer all day and get that weird kink in your neck… so yeah, this will help.)

30 minute Hip stretch $50
Got glutes? This 30 minute session is all about stretching your hammy’s, hip flexors, and—yes—the glutes. There is nothing more glorious than having someone else stretch out your lower extremities. Please wear comfortable boxers/shorts/etc.

60 minute bodywork session $100
Tell me what’s giving you the most grief and we’ll focus on that. Generally speaking, 60 minutes only allows time for one area of focus plan an upper body or lower body work.

75 minute bodywork session $130
75 minutes of hands on time offers that extra umph. We can get to that trouble spot and still have time for a little TLC before you go.

90 minute bodywork session $150
Truly the sweet spot when considering time on the table. Just enough time to hit a few trouble spots and still get to everything else. Ah, sweet relief.

120 minute bodywork session $200
The “I know I’m going to be sore tomorrow, but it’ll be oh so worth it” treatment. Yeah, this beast of a time frame allows for some serious bodywork, while also allowing time to close out each section with a little TLC so you don’t walk out feeling 100% wrecked(just a little wrecked). Please HYDRATE prior to all treatments, but especially this one.

Perfect for the holidays as the gift everyone wants in their stocking!
